Commas Law™.
Putting Commas In Bank Accounts™
Commas Law™ is a boutique plaintiff litigation firm. We represent people whose lives were changed by someone else's negligence — catastrophic collisions, trucking wrecks, and wrongful death — and we do it with a caseload small enough that every client knows the lawyer handling their matter.
That model is deliberate. It is also uncommon.
Founder
William Wooten
William Wooten built Commas Law™ around a selective approach to plaintiff litigation: direct attorney access, individualized strategy, and careful preparation for serious injury cases. The firm's focus is on catastrophic injuries, trucking collisions, and wrongful death — not a high-volume intake model.
He is licensed in Tennessee, Missouri, and Texas, is admitted in the federal courts of Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family Law Mediator.
Our Philosophy
We take fewer cases so we can build better ones. We prepare every matter for trial from the first week. We answer the phone. And we tell clients the truth about their case, including when the truth is not what they hoped to hear.
