Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information submitted is not treated as confidential unless and until Commas Law™ agrees in writing to represent you.

We do not run marketing pixels, session-recording scripts, or third-party analytics on the case review flow or the client portal. We do not sell or rent inquiry information.

Client data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the staff assigned to a matter, and document access is logged.
